0800 Repair, one of the UK’s largest professional appliance repair companies, has been given the seal of approval by the franchise industry’s governing body.

The Chester-le-Street-based firm, which specialises in carrying out repairs on a wide range of domestic appliances from washing machine repairs to Dishwasher repair, has had its business model endorsed by the British Franchise Association (BFA). Becoming an associate of the BFA is confirmation that 0800 Repair has developed a viable and ethical business proposition that works as a franchise operation.

The company currently has a growing number of franchise operations in the UK offering appliance repair, replacement services and warranty products, to tens of thousands of customers each year. 0800 Repair sees its main role as helping to steer, advise, support and motivate its franchisees, values that the BFA has recognised and applauded.

Paul Feek, managing director of 0800 Repair, said all the staff and existing franchisees are delighted to have been given the seal of approval by the BFA.
